AlphaToys is a collection of several plug-ins that change the alpha channel of images.

The way to start an AlphaToys plug-ins depends on the graphics application you're using.
In Photoshop, select the "Filters" menu at the top of the window, then select the "VanDerLee AlphaToys" menu and you will see all plug-ins listed.

Scripting

All the AlphaToys support scripting.
This means you can use the AlphaToys in some other ways than most normal filters.

• Record into actions, allowing you to record complex processes using the AlphaToys.
• Include as smart filters for Smart Objects in Photoshop, allowing you to save the filter settings with the image files and tweak the settings at a later time.
• Include into batch processing to apply them to many images quickly, without manual intervention.
• Call from scripting systems for a number of graphics applications.
