Set the entire alpha channel to a specified transparency level.
Set the level of transparency.
Range 0% to 100%, 0% is fully opaque, 100% is fully
transparent.
If you want either 0% or 100%, you can also use the "Fill Opaque" or "Fill Transparent" filters
respectively.
