The "Vignette" effect simulates the classical photographic
vignette effect. This effect results in darkened borders and
corners, caused by photographic lens itself blocking light.
It is also similar to type of photographs made with the popular
Russian made "Lomo" camera's.
Scale - Specifies the size of the ellipsoid border.
Effect - Determines the strength of the darkened border.
