The "Transition" effect smoothes a specified rectangular area by making a smooth transition between the pixels at two opposing edges of the rectangle. The transition can be either horizontal, vertical or both.
Horizontal - This switch specifies whether
the transition should be applied horizontally.
Left - Sets the left edge of the rectangular as a percentage of the image width.
Right - Sets the right edge of the rectangular as a percentage of the image width.
Vertical - This switch specifies whether the transition should be applied vertically.
Top - Sets the top edge of the rectangular as a percentage of the image height.
Bottom - Sets the bottom edge of the rectangular as a percentage of the image height.
