This effects divides the image into multiple small rectangles which bend the image at the end, making each contain a deformed version of the entire image. This effect closely resembles a wall of glass cubes or a reflection in a glass-lined office-building.

X angle - Specifies the percentage of a rectangle by which the rectangles should be moved horizontally.
