This effect
removes a specified red, green or blue amount of color and replaces
it by portions of the two other colors, each proportionate to the
amount at which they are already present in the image.
Red - Sets the amount of red to remove from the image.
Green - Sets the amount of green to remove from the image.
Blue - Sets the amount of blue to remove from the image.
