The "Spice dots" effect detects any parts of the image white and places a colored dot on top of it. Any other dots are left transparent and any space in-between the dots is left white. This effect is meant to emulate the effect used on the Spice Girls Movie poster.
Color - Specifies the color to use for the
dots.
Grid scale - Sets the size of the raster grid.
Dot size - Sets the size of each dot as a percentage of a grid "cell".
Brightness bias - Specifies how bright a pixel must be to be turned into a "spice dot".
Surface transparency - Sets the transparency of the white in-between-dots color.
Clear dot transparency - Sets the transparency of the "spice dots".
