This effect allows you to add colors ellipsoid slanted dots to your image.
Dot
color - Specifies the color of the dots.
Scale - Sets the size of the dot grid.
Dot size - Sets the size of each individual dot as a percentage of the maximum size possible within the grid scale.
Horizontal slant - Specifies the amount by which the dots are slanted horizontally.
Horizontal offset - Determines the horizontal offset of the dots.
Vertical slant - Specifies the amount by which the dots are slanted vertically.
Vertical offset - Determines the vertical offset of the dots.
