The "Phantom" effect is
similar to the previous "Ink rubber" effect in that it makes a
shifted copy and mixes it with the original image, this one however
makes a phantom copy of the image, making it look like the image
was printed twice.
X shift - Specifies the horizontal offset of the copied image as a percentage of the images' width.
Y shift - Specifies the vertical offset of the copied image as a percentage of the images' height.
