Detect the
contrasting pixels in an image and makes a pixel black or white
depending on whether the difference in contrast is greater than a
specified bias value.
Bias - If the difference in contrast between two pixels is greater than the given bias, the pixel is colored white, otherwise it will be made black.
Inverse - Invert the black and white pixels.
