Using
this effect, you can add rays of light, emanating from the center
of the image outwards, with colors based on the underlying
image.
Sample - Controls which part of the image is used for the rays. The sample specifies a circle around the center of the image on which the rays are based.
Rotation - Specifies the rotation of the laserrays in degrees.
