Use this filter to remove the
flickering interlace lines when using an image on a normal
television, i.e. for presentations. This effects seeks contrast
difference between all vertically aligned pixels and minimizes
their difference by blurring them, effectively eliminating
screen-flickering whilst maintaining as much image quality as
possible.
Blur amount - Specifies the amount of blur required. Depending on the quality of the television equipment, you may be able to specify less blur in order to increase image quality.
Brightness adjust - Specifies the brightness level, which may need to be adjusted to retain the original images' brightness.
Intensity adjust - Specifies the intensity level, which may also need to be adjusted to retain the original images' intensity.
