Shifts each
individual red, green and blue color ranges, rotating the shades
shifted off the range to the beginning of the range again.
Red - Sets the percentage by which the red color range should be shifted.
Green - Sets the percentage by which the green color range should be shifted.
Blue - Sets the percentage by which the blue color range should be shifted.
